Potato Wedges

Shopping List 



Wash and slice Potatoes in to wedges approx 1 cm  thickness. 


Par Boil wedges for 10 minutes, 

transfer wedges in to a roasting tin with oil 


Season the wedges and bake in the oven at 180 for approximately 20 minutes until golden and crispy. 

I usually move them around with a spatula at about 10 minutes so they evenly crisp. 


Serve Hot with a sprinkle of fresh rosemary or thyme. 

  • 1 Kg of Knights farm Potatoes

Your food cupboard

  • 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil 

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 chilli flakes 

  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
